Position Available: Full-Time
Shifts: Flexible; 8 hours/day, 5 days/week; weekends and evenings will be required based on scheduled events
Responsibilities:
* A strong self-starter - takes initiative to complete tasks
* Organize special orders and effectively communicate needs to kitchen and retail employees
* Prepare menus for special events
* Coordinate employee scheduling with Retail Manager
* Order supplies needed for any events
* Set up for onsite events, serve guests, and breakdown at the end of event
* Communicate with clients to organize and confirm day-of menu and any necessary plans
* Settling invoices with clients
* Organize special events at the shop and communicate needs with Retail Manager and Kitchen Manager
* Follow all health code regulations and maintain a clean and organized retail space
* Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to drive to off-site events
* Be able to lift at least 50lbs
**Travel will be compensated**
**ServSafe and Allergen Certification required, but will be paid for if you don't already have it!**
Starting Pay: $20/hr ($30+ after tips)
