All our ice cream is made in small batches, so they rotate frequently and sometimes we run out.

All of our dairy ice creams are made with local heavy cream and whole milk from Mapleline Farm in Hadley, MA.
We pasteurize our own base in-house using egg yolks, organic cane sugar (or sometimes
just local honey from Carlisle, MA, like in our Honey Lavender!), and salt.
All of our vegan ice creams are made with coconut cream, cocoa butter,
homemade plant-based milk (cashew, brown rice, or oat), organic cane sugar, and salt.
No stabilizers, gums, or artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives.
